Submissions must include a 150-word bio plus social media links.

The type of submission (i.e. POETRY/PROSE etc) must be in the subject line, and the work must be copy and pasted into the body of the email.

2-4 poems not exceeding 20 lines

1 short story or non-fiction pieces up to 1,000 words

2 flash fiction or short non-fiction up to 500 words

Any theme. Please no erotica, sex, homophobia, racism or hate speech.
